Community Conversations
Earlier this year, we held five Community Conversations across Worcester, Leicester, Malvern, Droitwich and Matlock.
Our Community and Neighbourhood officers were joined by colleagues from teams across our organisation, including Property Care, Successful Tenancies, Income and Neighbourhoods, giving you a great opportunity to connect with us, face to face.
What happened at these Community Conversations?
We spoke to over 350 customers about a range of things that mattered most to them and explained all about the great range of opportunities available for you to give feedback and help shape the services we provide.
During these Community Conversations, 18 customers signed up to join our Customer Sounding Board and they are now working with us on a range of projects and are helping us shape future services for all customers. You can find out more and register to join them here.
While we were out and about in your community, we gathered useful customer feedback and information from a short survey, which has been shared with colleagues across Platform to review.

One of the biggest things customers also told us was that you want “More events like this and more often!” So, with that in mind, we’re heading back out on the road to bring our Community Conversations to even more customers.
