These include a £66.20 pcm for personal heating and a £6.28 pcm charge towards the cost of support. If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
